Charity auction, Lisbon, PT, February 2016
This charity campaign was for Todos Contra ELA, which aims to raise funds to support the Portuguese Association for the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. JanuaryAmong other events, this initiative included the contemporary art auction BE PART, which gathered works by some of the most renowned Portuguese artists from different generations. The auction took place online at the Veritas Art Auctioneers between 28 and 30 January and the event auction took place on 4 February at the Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon, and raised 360,000 EUR.

Poseidon was known in Greek mythology as the supreme god of the sea. Someone old, strong-bodied, with a beard and curly hair. In this session, in the Bahamas, it was with someone similar I came across. Someone with the same force in the picture and a special relationship with the nature of the scenario. While interpreting the power of the sea and the sand in perfect communion, I caught the dynamics of his movements and his bodily expression. It was a magical encounter, of a kind of mythology that approached the real, in intimate and momentary contact.
